Empire State Building Tip

I saw a picture hung on the wall in one of the department stores in New York (possibly Bloomingdales) which showed a high contrast blurred top of the Empire State Building at night, and this shot is my impression of that shot, taken on 20th November 2007 from to "Top of the Roc" platform at the Rockefeller Center.
